Shipping & Delivery Policy

At GAHF, we offer free standard surface shipping for all orders within India. Please note that we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with available tracking information (if provided by the courier).

Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery time is usually between 15 to 20 business days from the date of dispatch. While we aim for timely delivery, please be aware that delays caused by third-party courier partners are beyond our control.

Tracking & Redelivery

If tracking details are available, they will be included in your shipping confirmation email. In the event that a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a note with contact information and attempt redelivery at a scheduled time.

Delivery Address

All orders are delivered to the billing address provided at checkout unless otherwise specified at the time of ordering. Please ensure your address details are accurate to avoid delays.

Liability

GAHF is not liable for:

Delays caused by courier services or postal authorities
Damage to products during transit

We guarantee dispatch of all orders within 2 working days of customised order being prepared after confirmation and payment, or as per any alternate delivery date agreed upon at the time of purchase.
