Replacement, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies only to items purchased directly from gahf.in. Products purchased from third-party retailers or resellers must be returned to them according to their individual return and refund policies.


Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order if delivery is delayed beyond 14 working days, excluding delays caused by force majeure, restricted delivery zones, or circumstances beyond GAHF’s control. In such cases, a full refund will be processed within 7 working days.

Note: Orders that are already dispatched or out for delivery cannot be canceled.


Refunds

Refunds will be processed only in the following cases:

  1. The product received does not match the specifications listed on our website or manual, and the discrepancy is reported within 24 hours with a valid unboxing video.

  2. A replacement request takes more than 14 working days to fulfill.

  3. An order is canceled due to delayed delivery, as outlined above.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 additional business days for the bank to reflect the amount in your account. GAHF is not liable for delays caused by banking institutions or public holidays.


Repairs & Replacements

For Damaged Deliveries (within 24 hours)

Report any physical damage within 24 hours of receiving the product and provide an unboxing video as evidence.

Within 10 Days of Delivery

If your product is:

  • Defective or non-functional

  • Dead on Arrival (DOA)

Upon validation, you’ll receive return instructions. Ensure the product is returned unused, with original packaging, invoice, accessories, and documentation. Approved replacements are shipped within 10–12 working days.

After 10 Days (within Warranty Period)

Defects reported after 10 days must be addressed at an authorized GAHF service center. Customers are responsible for sending the product for repair; GAHF will cover the return shipping post-repair.


Non-Replacement Scenarios

Replacements will not be issued if: (These are covered under the refund policy)

  • The customer is dissatisfied with the design or sound quality.

  • Physical damage is reported after 24 hours.

  • The issue results from misuse, mishandling, or electrical surge.


Warranty Support

During the warranty period, GAHF may repair or replace the product free of charge, or issue a pro-rated refund based on depreciation and remaining warranty time.


Important Notes

  • All returns must include original packaging and accessories in sellable condition.

  • Missing promotional items will be deducted from refund value.

  • If part of a bundled order is returned, associated discounts and benefits may be revoked.

  • Out-of-warranty repairs can still be arranged; we’ll assist wherever possible.
