3 Way Tower Speakers

In a range of mid sized to regular sized towers, they are the minimum an audiophile listener needs for completing a high end audio setup. The minimum configuration for a GAHF tower is 4 speakers split 3 way, and a higher version with 6 speakers, including an mid tweeter mid format upper range, and 3 woofers. All of our tower speakers are constructed using 19 mm mid density fiber or real teak wood, with a 1.5” double front baffle, and ample bracing inside to minimize standing waves. The drive units are carefully selected and matched, and the enclosures built using both simulated calculation, and thereafter a painstaking manual exercise to ensure optimum tuning. Each speaker comes with multiple binding posts and an easy to bypass passive crossover to enable them to be run through multiple amplifiers using active crossover equalization. Each unit is measured individually showing Spinorama data and graphs, with the resultant end product as linear as possible, with a tonality close to 7 or higher, and a flat on axis response with a less than +/- 5 dB deviation.

A higher version of the tower speakers is our special curved cabinet, constructed by hand using wooden strips joined together, making the enclosure virtually resonance free. These have a 3 layered construction with the top layer being a 4mm classy veneer, with a 7 coat natural polish topped off with a poly urethane finish for a high class look.
